                                                                     When providing you with security engineering or planning, Mr. Winn carefully studies and analyzes your current and future security needs...Each component is assessed within your existing internal and external threat/risk environment during periods of full operations, partial and off-production hours. He will then create a system that not only works for you today, but can grow as your business grows or your needs change. 

                                                                      Once a facility has determined through a risk assessment plus a security survey that additional or revised physical security measures are needed, planning is required to integrate those measures or equipment into a cost-effective facility or corporate Security Plan. The measures could include physical barriers such as fences, CCTV, alarms, electronic access control systems, or whatever measures are needed to complete the Plan. 

                                                                       Additionally, the specific equipment or systems need to be specified; qualified vendors identified; Requests for Proposal or Invitations To Bid prepared; and construction or installation by the selected contractors overseen. Mr. Winn stands ready to assist its clients in implementing any or all of the recommendations it makes for physical security changes or enhancements. Mr.  Winn has a positive record of bringing  projects in on time and at or under budget.
